Makeup by Mario Ultra Suede Sculpting Lip Pencil

For me one of the most important aspects is the lip liner and choosing a good one. I prefer long-lasting liners that I can color in my lips with and be able to just reapply some gloss or oil throughout the day if need be. The Makeup by Mario liner has been a game changer for me.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil

Before first finding the former product, this one was my go-to. It is so smooth and creamy and lasts so long. I never have to worry halfway through the day if my lipstick still looks good or not.

Milani Fruit Fetish Lip Oil

I love a good lip oil. The softer and gooier, the better. This is the one I reach for every time to get that soft, gooey texture on my lips. The coverage is very sheer and, depending on the color you buy, it can add a little tint of color to your lips.

Fenty Beauty Poutsicle Hydrating Lip Stain

I know this one blew up on social media, and there is a reason: because it’s fantastic! It goes on super glossy and leaves behind a long-lasting tint on my lips that doesn’t dry them out or make them peel. The color is buildable which is nice when I’m going for a bolder lip color.

Nyx Butter Gloss Non-Sticky

This is the gloss I have been using for years now. It softens your lips while also giving a little pop of color and a glossy shine. The coverage is about sheer to medium depending on the shade you get. I like to keep one or two of these on hand for reapplication whenever needed.

Neutrogena Lip Tint SPF

I found this one on a whim one day and just decided to try it. I love that it has SPF and is hydrating but also provides that little pop of color when I want to stand out. I keep several of these in accessible places for when I need that hydration or just want to feel pretty.

Vaseline

Yes, Vaseline. The tried and true. Anyone else deal with angular cheilitis? Because of my overbite, the corners of my mouth tend to get damp and warm causing little sores to open right on the corners of my mouth. Honestly, the product that has worked best for it is just regular old Vaseline. Especially during the winter, I add a light layer before putting on any other lip products, and at night before bed, I slather a healthy heap on and around my lips.
